Our Story
In 1991, we established R&L General Contractors.
As R&L, we consistently received the 'Job Order Contract' annually from the Palm Beach County School Board and Capital Improvements for Palm Beach County.
Our projects included ADA renovations for Parks and Recreation, the construction of a Welcome Center in Jupiter, Florida, on the Florida Turnpike, and various works at courthouses, tax collectors' offices, fire stations, and airports, including building demolitions. We also renovated school science labs, managing contracts exceeding $2,000,000 annually.
We moved to Atlanta in 1998 and soon realized how difficult it was to have a contractor show up let alone perform quality service for small projects.
We then discovered the severity of Termite Damage in Georgia and started working with insurance companies and various organizations.
Moquin Construction Company has decided to specialize strictly in Termite Repairs in the Atlanta and Tampa markets.
